Blog experience

Blogging has been good in a sense of it has enable me to write about things that had an impact on life. The path is about the way of life of how some of us do things and it also made me realise that people don’t see problems or situation in the same way.
The way in which I got people to view my blog was through Facebook.
Most of my viewers were from South Africa, I also got some from the United States, Malaysia, Germany and Netherlands. I didn’t get much comments but I would have loved to hear people’s views about the things that I wrote about.

We all have cross this path before where the past has influence our future and the way we perceive things.
Letting go of the past is not always easy, it is a consistence progress that you need to work on. People say forgive and forget, but for many forgiving is not an easy thing to do. The reality of it all is that you need let go and to move on.
We tent to dwell too much on the pasts tens and do not concentrate on the present in Philippian3:13 says “Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead". We focus on those who has hurt you in the past but we don’t relies that by reliving the past you are hurting yourself also and you rob yourself of being free from the pain of yesterday.
Free yourself from tomorrow and focus on today.

              Working skills for group projects

Being in group projects is not an ideal situation that many people would want to be in, but it is something that we can’t run away from it. As much as it can be a reality to all of us there are some guidelines to make sure that all members of the group work together.
To start with create a group charter. You first get together with your group members and discussed what your aims and purposes. How will the group members communicate with each other, where and when you guys will meet frequently.
Training suppleness that might create a change. Mainly find out what is your assignment all about. Divide the work according to the members of the group skills to complete that specific part of the assignment that they are accountable for.
Set deadlines. The parts that each member should do you must set a date to complete a specific part of the assignment. This is good for the reason why, you are up to date of how far each group members with his/her part that they need to do.
Take the initiative and be an example when desirable. Whenever you see that there is something that is wrong that needs to be attended to and no one is taking the initiative of doing something about it then take the lead and be an example.
Lastly, continue to be optimistic about your team members. Rather form always looking at the negative try and help each other where you have problems.

 The use of foul languege
Have you ever stood and just listen to yourself when you speak to other people. You need to think before they utter words to others because whatever you may say has an impact on the person who is hearing it.
Jesus says in Matthew 12:34-36 “For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks, the good man brings good things out of the good store up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. But I tell you that men will have to give account on the Day of Judgment for every careless word they have spoken”.
Here are some ways on improving your languege:
Admit and ask forgiveness. You must plead guilty before God of the use Foul words you have spoken and released that you hurt others with those words. Accept that swearing and cursing is not dignified and it should be a personal decision taken to stop such habits, it all depends on you.
Ask assistance from God to manage your verbal communication. Rather than ignoring negative words we should make every effort to communicate positive words as much as we achievable can.
Verify your judgment. Consider and look what makes you use negative words. Seek wisdom and ask the Lord to strengthen you so that you can conquer this problem you have.
Think about what you perceive in through your senses. You need to ask yourself is what you hearing, seeing or reading is it praising God or does it shame God by you using Foul language?
Apply yourself with God’s word and practice what it says. You need to request that God may give you direction so that you can see the reality of His word
You need to consult a mentor who has a full-grown relationship with Jesus to assist you being responsible in use of words. You need to see your mentor/advisor/friend constantly so that you can talk about how you progressing and also urge Christ to help you in this process.
Pray for those who you have trampled on- whichever deliberately or unintentionally by using foul language. Pray for those who have harmed you by using negative words. The most important thing that Christ wants us to do whenever we hurt each other is to forgive one another.
Be brave when you deal with people who use appalling language in your presence. We need to always keep in mind that the outcome of hearing is more important than the discomfort of taking a rise alongside those who speak foul words.
