              Working skills for group projects

Being in group projects is not an ideal situation that many people would want to be in, but it is something that we can’t run away from it. As much as it can be a reality to all of us there are some guidelines to make sure that all members of the group work together.
To start with create a group charter. You first get together with your group members and discussed what your aims and purposes. How will the group members communicate with each other, where and when you guys will meet frequently.
Training suppleness that might create a change. Mainly find out what is your assignment all about. Divide the work according to the members of the group skills to complete that specific part of the assignment that they are accountable for.
Set deadlines. The parts that each member should do you must set a date to complete a specific part of the assignment. This is good for the reason why, you are up to date of how far each group members with his/her part that they need to do.
Take the initiative and be an example when desirable. Whenever you see that there is something that is wrong that needs to be attended to and no one is taking the initiative of doing something about it then take the lead and be an example.
Lastly, continue to be optimistic about your team members. Rather form always looking at the negative try and help each other where you have problems.
